Program Eligibility

AM I ELIGIBLE?

To be eligible, students must meet the following requirements:

Applicant household income must be below 80% of Oregon Median Family Income for the participant’s county of residence

Applicant’s household net worth must be at or below $20,000 (excluding the primary home, primary vehicle, and up to $120,000 of retirement savings)

Applicant must demonstrate capacity to save
